SHIPPING
We'll do our best to get your order shipped within 24 hours. Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays.
 
Returns
 All returns must be authorized by email, sasha@shopfado.com.
  • Returns are accepted within (14) days of purchase for a refund in the original form of payment.
  • The item can be returned for store credit within (30) days of purchase.
  • All returns must have the original receipt and merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Fado monitors customer activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions based on order or returns behavior.
Ultimately we want you to be happy with your purchase. Email us to let us know if you'd like to return something outside of the guidelines listed above. 
 
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within a 24 hour window from ordering and a full refund will be issued after the cancellation.
